Cristina Iscenco, founder and CEO of ShiftLoom

Cristina spent a decade coordinating complex transformation across the arts, NGOs, startups, and financial services. Her work focused on shortening decision cycles, clarifying accountability, and stabilizing execution under pressure.

As an orchestra conductor and orchestra founder, she coordinated more than 250 people in real time. The work demanded an unusual discipline: detect deviation without suppressing expertise, understand which dependency could affect the whole, and intervene without taking authority away from the people responsible.

Cristina codified those principles in the Interlace Method. It became ShiftLoom's operating blueprint: connect fragmented evidence, identify when changing context makes a risk consequential, and clarify who must decide while useful options remain.
